Breathing with Qi Gong

I found this little video on the RealAge.com site. It is a beginner's guide to Qi Gong. I like how Qi Gong can help with your balance and brings awareness to your breathing. It has also been touted as a method of stress relief.

As a Type A personality, I find that it forces me to slow down and take in the day. I like doing it in the evening, before or after my evening stroll around the block to decompress.




Remember, only kick as high as you feel comfortable and safe.
